It was 1:00pm and we were still eating at Ching Hai Cafe, Pulau Betong. After a fantastic ride to Gertak Sanggul this morning and back, the team was completely exhausted negotiating rough terrains and balancing the long single track. But this time around, they commented that it seems that the journey was shorter compared to the previous outing.
That is probably because everyone is now familiar with the trail and spend less time resting on the trail. For starters, we did not spend too long at the halfway "durian" house. Everyone has the opinion that the quality of durian served was much better than before.
We stopped by at our favorite "hokkien mee & to ka rice" stall. We seem to be eating more than cycling.
As usual, we stopped at the "rambutan" spot on the way back and spend 20 minutes eating rambutans, I think this time, Kwan was satisfied with the quantity consumed, it will probably last him until the next season.
Kok's friend, Chin joined us this ride and seems to be a "theng kah". Nice to have him joined us.
Here are some of the video clips and photos taken during this trip, enjoy...
