He tried his best to finish but finally got to hitch a ride back to the finish line on a MPPP lorry. Nothing to be shy about, I only have admiration for your effort in trying to complete it.
But I have to say that he has the guts to try out the 82 km route with a dragon's spirit and bravery. Despite his lack of experience in cycling, to him nothing is too difficult and the word impossible is not in his vocabulary.
Thanks to his personal coach, Ah Kwan and other members, who provided essential tips on cycling in various road conditions, Ah Leng improved his stamina and sharpened his cycling skills as well. Coming this Dec 16, he is part of the 9 members who is challenging the "4 Balik Pulau Hills Ride".
So, Ah Leng, step up your stamina and you will be alright. Next year, CFAL 5, you will be able to complete it without any problem.
