Members are choosing Nan Shan as their most popular route to ride as the Nan Shan Challenge 2012 is drawing to the end of January and soon be entering the month of February. To some, there is still some catching up to do and as for some members, they have done more than projected.
The challenge to complete their personal target for the year is a testimonial that CBCBC members are making effort to be healthy and push their personal level higher than expected. There is no competition nor a prize but it is an effort to achieve their personal best, an effort to look up to the man in the mirror with pride.

What the waste in AH Leong's farm, no more passion fruit. I really miss the passion fruits with Nangka smell plant at the place where we use to rest. Hopefully the new relocate of the farm grown up, its a reward for up when ride up there which also for us to buy back. God bless !
ReplyDeleteAccording to Hin Koh, the soil is hard and needs to be fertilized. I missed the passion fruit too. Hopefully, they will get quality fruit in their new patch of land.
