Photo of the week!!! Yeap, lu choh ha mik???

New kung fu???

Man down, man down!!!

As much as we want to complete our long and challenging ride this morning, the unexpected happened. Our Ah Guan Koh, fell and injured his left knee. Despite a quick first aid applied, he kept bleeding. A great sport he is, we still had a round of durian at our favorite half way hut before Pulau Betong and Teluk Kumbar.

Thanks to our durian caretaker, he took our injured compatriot down to Teluk Kumbar nearest coffee shop for a rest.

We finally took Ah Guan back by car.

Balik Pulau Trip May 13, 2012

The weather has been erratic and for more than a few weekends now, this morning the rain came without fail. It is definitely something that cyclists are not looking forward to. This morning was exactly the same scenario as last week. Rather than going to Penang Hill as planned, we decided to go for a less challenging route, Balik Pulau. Here are some photos:-

Jelutong Sunrise Ride 2012

It was a flat 35km route which took us from the Mcallum Road  to Queensbaymall, Sg Nibong, Waterfall road, Straits Quay and finally back to end at the same place. First to arrive among us was Kenny, followed by me and the rest started to come in one by one. While waiting for our last few team mates, we took shelter at Burger King nearby. Soon enough, a heavy down pour greeted Sam, Kwan, Kok, Shyan and a Guang Ming reporter. It was a fairly good ride but it was insufficient for the CBCBC members. here are some photos contributed by Winson Yeap.
