A new start for Penang Chu Bi Chu Bi Club

"Chu Bi Chu Bi" means just for fun in Hokkien, just in case you guys are wondering....

We are a bunch of Penangites who love to wander around the hills of Penang with our MTBs. Some of us are really active and some not so, which made us a team that is not difficult to follow. We venture from easy to extremely difficult trails. Our age ranges from 25 to 60 years old.

For openers, here are some of the photos of our members and other previous cycling trip around Penang.

This is Nan Shan Hill at Paya Terubong, Penang. This trail is extremely difficult, not a place for newbies. Several of us tried out this steep hill (approx. 325 meters) for the first time in June 2011. The cyclists were Yeap, Kwan, Goh and Sam (not in the photos as he was the cameraman). As for me, it was my 33rd time ride up to Nan Shan Hill.

.
In case you are wondering the name of this fruit, it is called Passion Fruit aka Makissa
