Our route master for last Sunday ride was Danny Yeoh taking us up to 1002 Temple via Kek Lok Si Temple. We had a "newbie" with us that morning, Alvin. We were not sure if he had enough training to take up the steep hill of 1002, but it was a relieve for all when we heard that he had done some "secret trainings" up AID.
Nevertheless, our sweepers at the rear were vigilant, just in case he has difficulties. Today, we have Ah Chian, a seasoned rider from Ekoraidaz. For him, 1002 was just a warming up activity.
After a good rest at the temple, we carried up our bicycles on 240 steps from the temple to a Tua Pek Kong shrine. Everyone made it with ease, for some.
After a short single track and stairways to the 3 Antenna main road, we again cycled up to the final destination and took some photos as usual. Alvin made it as well. Glad that he cycled with us that Sunday.
